Refund Policy

Your experience is our responsibility!  
We accept the return of unused products within 7 days of purchase with no questions asked. For exchange, if the requested size is not available, we will refund the full amount to your card/bank account/wallet.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled midway. In such a case, please receive the product and return it as mentioned below.

To return or exchange, all items must be sent back to us in their original, unworn condition with tags intact and the original product packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. Items not sent back in the requested state will not be eligible for a refund. Please use a reliable courier service for return. 
Once we receive the items, a refund will be initiated within a period of 2-3 working days via bank transfer.

For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued after deducting the COD handling fee for both to and fro transport.

Please Note: We do not provide a replacement as a result of incorrect use, normal wear and tear, fading as a result of UV exposure, or damage caused by external factors such as stones, water, fire, etc. Some items like bandanas are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons. Please check the product pages for details.
